Crew are important part of the ship management as they are the one operating the ship according to our company standard and instruction.

We believe in getting a mix of older experience crews with a mix of young and energetic blood couple with a diverse mix of crews from various nationality.

The source of crew are coming mainly from Bangladesh, India, Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Nepal, Papua New Guniea, Indonesia, etc.

We will also normally rotate all good crew in our so that they can go back the same vessel and encourage them to go up in the rank with the company.

All sign on and sign off together with payroll will be manage by us therefore owner can have a peace of mind.
